Ancient Energy Healing For Our Modern Times

An ancient healing method that I work with to refresh my energy is as follows. Some of us call it centre healing or pulsing. It works with the whole body at once, rather than with individual chakras. First, if you are a beginner at meditating, here is a guide.

For centre healing work, I stand and close my eyes, putting myself into a meditative state. I connect with the Earth and the Sun and ask for their assistance. I breathe in while streaming in healing energies from the Sun down through my head, around my body and to my centre, and from the Earth, up through my feet, cycling around my body and into my centre. If I feel that any energy is stuck; if there is anything that I need to let go of, I blow strongly out all of that negative energy. I then use my intention to heal the negative energies that are outside of me, with my positive intentions. I thank all of the energies that are working with me, including the Earth and Sun, Christ Consciousness, higher self, etc.. You can simply say, "thank you, Universe". That works just as well. Whatever you call divinity, healing is about intention and if you have a pure intention, it will work.

Healing can be done in many ways, such as geometry healing, Reiki or EFT Tapping. I stack platonic solids as protection from negative energies, spin them counterclockwise to remove negative energies, and clockwise to bring in positive energies. This is done to help people and places. Usually I add the geometry healing as I pulse, trapping the negative energies in a sphere, then using my intention to transmute the energy sphere into 100% Natural Law energy. Sometimes the intentional energies built up after centre pulsing are all that is needed. Take your time to explore all of the healing potential that you have (hint: you have all of it), and only choose method(s) that feel right for you.
