Blocking Toxic People Declaration

This one's great for if you have a friend, family member or aquaintance who insists on being self destructive. There is a limit to how much we can help people; they have to want to help themselves. I know so many of you, like me, go through this on a semi-regular basis, because as empaths we sometimes can't help but be so open with our kindness, that people who haven't healed their inner child get triggered. It hurts to lose people, but facing facts and taking care of your own health is paramount. We can't be good to anyone if we aren't first good to ourselves. So there is a point where we have to let people go, in peace. I feel a huge sense of misery when I have to let someone go. I feel incomplete, though I know that is an illusion, as everyone is interconnected.

I hope that you journal this and read it aloud as needed. It really helps me, so I hope you find it just as effective. Edit this as needed of course, if you aren't single, and be creative with this sort of thing. You are more powerful than it seems a lot of you realize. You can word things in so many different ways, to put yourself in any positive mindset you want, if you have the will. When you feel you're losing someone important, empowering yourself with reminders of what you do have, is just beautiful. And we really all have the divine given right to be our own spiritual lawyers.

I am a complete, whole individual, without having _________ in my life. I have access to every happy experience I want out of life, including but not limited to, romance with one I choose in my future, if / when I choose him / her, and enough friends to be social with and share friendship love with as I choose. I depend on no one in any social way. I do not tolerate social manipulations.

I now disconnect from and block all energies from the currently incarnated person, _________, in all ways; emotionally, mentally, spiritually, as I am already separated from him / her physically.

I now disconnect from and block all energies from currently incarnated individuals who are manipulating _________, to harm him / herself, me and / or others, including but not limited to, _________, and _________[note: names of any people who are encouraging the self-destructive behaviour]. I block all such energies physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I declare that none of the aformentioned is to be used in any manipulative fashion, against anyone involved in the situation I am thinking of and speaking of. I remind you, all aspects of this Universe, that we are a Free Will entity, and manipulations are illegal under Natural Law. If any and / or all aformentioned energies are utilized against me in the future, they are automatically transmuted into Natural Law energies, which can not harm anyone.
