Time Travel Other Life Healing

It can be helpful to do guided past life regressions to heal traumas from other lives, but it can be just as helpful to do it with journal magick. Maybe more so, as it is just you, with your pure intentions, standing alone within your own power, not having to filter out a past life facilitators energies. It may make you more comfortable, and thus the healing more effective.

This one's great for me, as I was murdered in another life, so that was a heavy trauma that I was carrying around with me. But this works just as well if it was a "smaller" trauma such as someone hurting your feelings. All pain is stuck unless it is healed and you might be surprised to find how positive you will feel if you work with this one for healing a trauma which you feel is only tiny. You can heal your own traumas, and sometimes (as long as their higher self agrees and their earthly self accepts the healing) other people who you had hurt.

I could have saved myself a lot of pain the past six years if I had thought to do this when I first recovered the memory of having been murdered by my beloved after he was mind controlled to do it by someone who was jealous of me. However, the pain I used to carry around did push me to find more ways to heal, and I learned a lot along the way. I honour that pain as I say goodbye to it. I forgive and honour my beloved, as he was hurt just as much as I was, by being forced to do what he did. This is all I can do for the situation, as we are no longer in contact. But it's a lot. Thank you, Universe, for inspiring me to never give up on healing.

I go to all of the points in time, in all timelines, past, present and future, when [summarize situation], and I transmute all of the pain I (and [others names]) felt due to that entire situation, from negative, painful emotions, into 100% Natural Law energies. I embed into the entire situation, 100% positivity, 100% sovereignty, 100% peace, and 100% freedom. [Others names] and I are now free to no longer suffer in any ways due to that situation having been unhealed. That situation is now permamently healed. Any and all attempts to reverse that healing are automtically blocked, as the healing is protected.
