Sun Sign "Astrology" is Programmed, Modern Nonsense

(meme credit)

The mass media popularity of sun sign "astrology" is to blame for this ironically ignorant mindset. No real Astrologer thinks there's only 12 types of people. That would be far too overly simplified. It seems to be deliberate programming for people to no longer take serious such a useful profession. We're already often misunderstood, and such nonsense isn't helping.

This is why I have very few Astrology books and articles which were published after the year 2000. The most in depth books in general on any subject are usually the older ones, and most of my Astrology books are from the 1930's through the 70's. My natal 9th House Neptune♆ (chart ruler) in Sagittarius♐︎ makes it so I love time traveling that way, yet my Virgo♍︎ stellium in the 6th (Sun☉, Saturn♄ and Jupiter♃) balances out that day-dreaminess with plenty of work-oriented logical analyzation skills so I don't get taken in by illusions like sun sign "astrology".

We all interact with all planets and signs in different, complex and changing ways throughout a life. There are natal placements (signs in planets and in houses), aspects, degrees / decans, and also current personal transits and current world transits, return charts, progressed charts, planetary return charts, draconic charts, synastry charts and more. This is why those who are curious, who think deeply about things in general, and who think about Astrology specifically, are so put off by sun sign "astrology", and rightfully scoff at it's pathetic, fake simplicity. Real Astrology is as complex as each person is, and it's why even the basic AI blurbs on useful sites like Astroseek are often not enough to zero in on the root of an issue, so people hire Astrologers for specific, in depth help.
